“Conny” has been with the company since 2011 and has become a mainstay of Brilliant Voice. She is held in high regard by clients, voice talents and the team. Not least because of her helpful, always solution-oriented and emphatic manner with a great background in business processes, her appointment as Managing Director is a logical consequence and well-deserved appreciation for her tireless and long-standing commitment to Brilliant Voice. After a quarter of a century, Robert and Torben Rausch are handing over the company to the next generation, but will remain associated with the company as owners and consultants.

Robert Rausch:
"“I have been following my passion as a voice artist for over 36 years now and I will always continue to do so because I love it. So 25 years ago, it was a natural step to bring the idea of a voice over agency to life with my husband Torben. Actually, the name had already been decided when I sent out my first demo CDs. The logo was a Brilliant, my slogan: “Robert Rausch - Brilliant Voice”. 25 years of Brilliant Voice - I'm very proud of that, but it's important to hand over the reins to the next generation now. So I am stepping back completely and clearing the way. After such a long time of commitment to the community with many innovations, it is now time for me to bundle all my skills and, in addition to speaking, to breathe new life into my work as a trainer for experiential learning (EOL). More about my new projects, including in the field of counseling self-help groups in addiction prevention, will follow. So my life remains exciting with all the things I love. Finally, thank you to this wonderful team for taking on the task of accompanying Brilliant Voice into an exciting future and being open to breaking new ground.”"

Torben Rausch:
"Alongside media, working with children and young people is what has always inspired me. After more than 20 years in the media business (radio editor, later Brilliant Voice, first in the background, then as managing director), I decided a few years ago to work for and with young people. Since then, I have been looking after traumatized children, helping them to find their way in life and find their own personality. This is where I would now like to take the next steps. Time to step aside and make room for a wonderful colleague with incomparable passion and joy for the job. Constanze Hofmann has my full confidence to lead Brilliant Voice into an innovative future together with the team."
